Japan, day 1

We made it to Japan!  Yay! We hopped on a train to go downtown.  We used the closer airport and it's only a 30-min ride.

Our hotel room was not ready.  We decided to take a walk to the Imperial Palace to have a look around.  We found our favourite crispy crepe shop right down the road!

Spring flowers around town.

The Palace was a lot further than we had thought and it was closed when we got there.  We spotted some great cherry blossoms outside.

We got a cab back and found a ramen shop near the hotel and pigged out.  Crashed right after our early dinner.
